I am a marketing and design professional who helps arts and entertainment organizations acquire and connect with new patrons and audiences because I believe the arts are integral to humanity’s health, survival, sense of fulfillment, and happiness.
Having worked in the Performing Arts for over 20 years, a collaborative industry by nature, my communication and interpersonal skills are well developed. I am excited by working in a team environment, in collaboration with clients, but I am also a strong independent worker. I can thrive as a Designer in both environments.
Since 2014 I have been responsible for maintaining the Branding, Outreach and Marketing efforts of Capital Stage, a nonprofit professional theatre company in Midtown Sacramento. As a nonprofit arts organization, our Marketing efforts needed to be particularly creative with the limited finances available. I acquired the important skills of resourcefulness, and the ability to measure the outcomes of our efforts. It has been rewarding to see Capital Stage’s subscriber base grow by over 25% during my time there.
I have also been responsible for creating all of our Digital, Social and Print Media. Postcards, posters, brochures, flyers, banners, logos, online ads, videos and more. I have developed my Graphic Design skills through hands-on experience and mentorship in the fast-paced environment at Capital Stage. I am ready to assist my future clients with their Design needs with experience and enthusiasm.
Mission
I provide experienced arts marketing and design services to the arts and entertainment industry, individuals and small businesses who want to successfully promote their work to the public.
Vision
I believe in the power and importance of the arts in everyone’s lives. I am constantly striving to connect people to experience the arts in order to inspire, challenge and fulfill them to their utmost potential of happiness and being.
